    Broken items such as doors or joinery , cupboards etc…

    Items in need of minor carpentry work

    Clean & sanitise all hard surfaces including: floors, carpets, wet areas

    Repaint designated areas or the whole home, depending on budget and identified need

    Mow grass and clean up leaves and debris to present the home as “well maintained and loved”

Mcorp is a specialist in repairing, restoring and refreshing residential buildings in the Melbourne Metropolitan area to prepare them for their next step - like preparing deceased estates for sale, clearing away debris from open land, cleaning residential properties, collecting and disposing of unwanted appliances and other household items, even repairs and maintenance of buildings and gardens.   • Who is this Paul Comensoli?

    Born in Wangaratta 1964.

    Attended Marist Brothers Champagnat Secondary College. Played local cricket and football at Wangaratta Rovers. 1982/83 played football for North Melbourne under 19's.

    Attended Melbourne University gaining a B.Comm in 1984. Attended Monash University - gaining an MBA in 1994.

    Started a career in Human Resources with ICI Australia, later adopted national marketing roles for ICI and ACI Pink Batts.

    4 years as Retail Marketing Manager at United Energy before a "tree change" to City of Wangaratta in Economic Development.

    Returned to Melbourne in 2001 providing Business Consultancy services to a wide variety of clients - with a focus on Government.

    Business interests in Government led to the evolution of Mcorp Building Services, providing a range of services to Government fit outs. Project Management and On Line Asset disposal and sales.
